Scope of service

AgentBrowser provides a local visible browser, AI Agent integration, accounts, licensing, downloads and related support. Features and limits are determined by the purchase page and the actual license-system configuration.

Age and capacity to contract

The service is available only to people aged 18 or older with full legal capacity. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization. Minors may not register, purchase or submit personal information.

Account and security

You must provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You may not share access in a way that circumvents device, seat or concurrency limits.

Prohibited uses

You may use the service only on websites, accounts and data you are lawfully authorized to access. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful access, bypassing CAPTCHAs or access controls, credential stuffing, malicious scraping, fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, tracking, infringement of intellectual property or privacy, evading site restrictions, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, malware distribution, or unauthorized processing of another person's account, identity, health, financial, biometric, child-related or other sensitive data.

Without qualifications, authorization, human review and risk controls required by applicable law, you may not use the service to decide or materially affect employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, immigration, justice, public benefits or other high-impact rights. It may not be used for weapons, autonomous harm, critical-infrastructure control or life-safety systems.

Human confirmation and final responsibility

CAPTCHAs, identity verification, payments, securities or virtual-asset transactions, contract acceptance, public posting, data deletion, permission changes and other high-risk actions must be reviewed and confirmed by an authorized user. You may not disable, bypass or deceive human confirmation, security limits, session limits or audit mechanisms. The product's ability to continue does not mean the operator approves an action; you remain responsible for authority, facts and legal consequences.

Third-party websites

Third-party websites, accounts, content and services are not controlled or endorsed by the operator. You must follow their terms, intellectual-property, privacy and access policies and obtain required authorization. Third parties may block automation, change pages, suspend accounts or charge fees. We do not guarantee continued compatibility, without limiting statutory remedies where AgentBrowser fails an applicable consumer guarantee.

Subscriptions and changes

Prices, billing periods and limits are shown before purchase. We may change the service for security, legal or product-improvement reasons and will give reasonably practicable advance notice of materially adverse changes to paid benefits.

Free and Pro trials do not automatically become paid. Monthly and annual plans do not renew without new, explicit authorization. The currency, amount, term and benefits shown at checkout form part of the purchase contract.

Intellectual property

AgentBrowser software, website and brand belong to their respective rights holders. You retain rights in your input, files and business data and grant us only the limited processing rights necessary to provide the service.

Suspension and termination

For material breach, a real security threat, fraud, sanctions risk or legal requirement, we may impose proportionate restrictions, suspension or termination. Remediable breaches generally receive a reasonable cure period; reasons for emergency measures will be provided where law permits. If we permanently discontinue a paid service without user fault, refunds will cover the unperformed period unless law provides otherwise.

Business-user indemnity

A business user will reasonably indemnify third-party claims arising from its unlawful use, infringement or licensing breach to the extent caused by its fault, transferable by law, and subject to the operator's reasonable defense. Consumers are liable only where applicable law permits and loss results from their intent or negligence.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. For paid services, the operator's aggregate contractual liability is limited to the greater of the fees actually paid during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or RMB 500.

These limits do not apply to death or personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct or gross negligence, breach of confidentiality or data-protection duties, intellectual-property infringement, or consumer rights, guarantees and other liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Export controls and sanctions

You may not access, export, re-export or use the service in violation of United Nations, Chinese, U.S., EU, UK or other applicable export controls, sanctions or trade restrictions, or on behalf of a sanctioned party.

Governing law, disputes and contact

Disputes are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and fall under the competent court at the operator's domicile. Consumers may still rely on non-waivable protections at their habitual residence and seek relief from courts or consumer bodies allowed by applicable law. Please first contact 1622933028@qq.com .
