Refund Policy

Free plan and trial
Free requires no payment and the Pro trial requires no payment card. You are not charged automatically when a trial ends unless you make a purchase.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
A verified duplicate charge, incorrect amount or undelivered paid benefit is eligible for a full refund.
General refund requests
Unless local law provides otherwise, a request may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. If a license has been substantially used, digital service fully performed or abuse occurred, the refund may lawfully be reduced in proportion to performance.
EU, EEA and UK consumers
Eligible consumers generally have 14 days from a distance contract to withdraw. If continuous service is requested before that period ends, withdrawal may require payment only for the proportion performed by notice. A withdrawal right for immediately delivered digital content may end only after express consent and acknowledgment of that consequence. Without legally required consent, acknowledgment or a durable contract copy, we do not claim that statutory rights were lost.
Product not as agreed
If digital content or services do not match their description, lack ordinary or stated fitness, are defective, are not provided within a reasonable time, or law otherwise provides, you may seek repair, re-performance, price reduction, refund or another legal remedy.
Cases not automatically eligible
A breach of the Terms, circumvention of license limits, third-party site changes or the user's device environment does not normally create an automatic refund right. Each case is still handled on its facts and applicable law.
How to apply and processing

Review normally completes within five business days without delaying any statutory refund deadline. Approved amounts are generally returned to the original payment method without a refund fee; the provider controls settlement time. A rejection will explain the facts, basis and appeal method.
Regional statutory rights
The EU, UK and other regions may provide withdrawal exceptions or additional protections for digital content, and consumer guarantees may apply in places such as Australia. This policy does not replace any non-excludable statutory right.
