Data we process

Account services process registered email, display name, password hashes, sign-in time, membership, orders, payment status and authorized devices for authentication, fulfillment, licensing and support.

Website analytics and security logs

Our first-party analytics records a random session ID, page path without query parameters, referrer domain, active duration, download clicks and registration or purchase conversion to improve pages and guides. Analytics events exclude full URLs, page text, passwords, cookies, verification codes, screenshots and AI conversations. Server operations, sign-in security, rate limiting, abuse prevention, payment verification and administrative audit may separately process IP address, request time, User-Agent, request path, account identifier and security outcome to perform contracts, protect the system and meet legal duties.

Anonymous client data

The client asks before telemetry. With consent, it sends only a random installation ID, client version, start/exit events, foreground activity and structured feature results—not machine names, raw hardware fingerprints, URLs, page content, input, cookies, screenshots or AI conversations. Disable anonymous usage data anytime in the main menu.

Local web data

Web content, input, cookies, authentication data, screenshots and downloaded files generally remain on the user's device. We receive them only when the user uploads support material or enables a clearly described sync or remote-diagnostics feature, and do not use them to train general models without clear, separate and revocable consent.

Legal bases and necessity

Account, license, order and payment processing is based on contract performance and legal duties; security logging, fraud prevention and service improvement on legitimate interests in protecting the service and users; and optional telemetry on consent. Without data required for a contract, registration, purchase or activation may be unavailable. Refusing optional analytics does not affect core features.

Retention periods

Raw behavioral analytics is retained for 90 days by default. Security and access logs are kept as required for investigations and legal duties; account and license records for the account lifetime and necessary dispute period; order, payment and invoice records for applicable tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering periods; and support material until the ticket and a reasonable dispute period have ended, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Recipients and sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Necessary recipients may include hosting, database, email, payment, fraud-prevention, security and professional-adviser providers, and competent regulators or courts. Payment data goes to the user's chosen provider only as needed for payment, reconciliation, refunds and disputes.

International processing

Data may currently be processed by servers and providers in Hong Kong or mainland China, while payment providers may process it elsewhere through their networks. For EEA or UK transfers, we use an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses and necessary supplementary measures where applicable. A safeguards summary is available by email. General consent is not used in place of legally required transfer safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on local law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal, protection from certain solely automated significant decisions, and complaint to a regulator. We normally respond within 30 days after verifying identity; complex requests may be extended where law permits with an explanation.

Minors

The service is for people aged 18 or older. If a minor submits personal information without authorization, we take reasonable steps such as restricting the account and deleting the data.
